Return & Exchange Policy

🕒 How Long Do I Have to Request a Return or Exchange?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, but only under the following conditions:

• The item was faulty, damaged, or defective when delivered.

• You received the wrong size.

• The product is unused, with original packaging, labels, and protective stickers still attached.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

We review every case individually and aim to be fair to everyone involved.

For faulty or damaged items:
Please email us photographic proof of the issue within 14 days of purchase so we can process your claim.

💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

• If we send you a replacement, a Rs. 350 shipping fee will apply.

⏱ When Will My Return Be Processed?

We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
Please allow up to 14 working days during busy sale periods.

🔄 Size Exchange Policy

Not happy with the size? No problem! You can request a size exchange by emailing us at support@ja-apparel.pk within 14 days of delivery.

Please make sure the item is:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original packaging

• With labels and protective stickers still attached

💳 Do You Offer Refunds?

We don’t offer refunds as a standard policy.
However, if we’re unable to provide a replacement or suitable solution, we may issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Please note:

• Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

• Refunds (in store credit) may take 7–10 working days to process

⚠️ Sale & Discounted Items

Returns or exchanges for sale or discounted items are only allowed if:

• You received the wrong product due to a packing error on our end.

🚫 When We Can’t Accept Returns or Exchanges

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• The return request is made after 14 days of delivery

• The product was used, damaged, or tampered with

• The product is not in its original condition
